What payment methods do you accept?

Currently, we accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Facebook Pay.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we are only able to accept and ship orders within the United States. We hope to expand in the near future.

When will I receive my order?

Delivery timeline will vary depending on fulfillment and location. Since all products are made to order, the fulfillment time might take longer. Delivery times are estimated not guaranteed.

On average, from fulfillment to when your package arrives at your doorstep, please allow 8-11 business days. If you have any questions regarding the status of your order, please contact us. 

How do I return or exchange a product?

We have a 14-day return policy. Please see our policy pages for more information.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Unfortunately, you cannot make any changes or cancel your order once you’ve submitted it.

What if my product was damaged when I received it?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible.

What if I ordered the wrong size?

Our products are made to order specifically for you. Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds for buyer's remorse. We highly recommend reviewing all the size guides and product information before you submit an order. Feel free to contact us if you have any additional questions. 

My order should have arrived by now, but I still haven’t received it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:

-Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

-Ask your local post office if they have your package

-Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us with your order number.

Is there special care instructions for swimwear?

Yes, we highly recommend rinsing bikinis off after each use to get rid of any chemical/salt residue. This will help the colors stay vibrant and bold.

Additionally, all products should follow the care instructions: 

• Machine Wash
• Cold Cycle
• Do Not Bleach
• Do Not Tumble Dry
• Low Heat Iron
• Do Not Dry Clean

Why can I see the stitching on my string bikini?

Due to the 2-layered construction and internal stitching, a visible stitch may appear in the seam of the bikini bottom. This is a normal part of the manufacturing process and does not impact the quality or performance of the product.
