Shipping policy
Please allow 2-5 business days for processing and fulfillment. Some products are made-to-order it may take additional time to fulfill and ship the order.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your package has shipped. A tracking number will be included in the email.
Please allow 8-11 business days to receive your package.
Shipping costs differ based on type of product, quantity and location. Shipping rates vary for home & living products due to different manufacturers and fulfillment locations. Shipping rates for those items will also vary depending on customer's location.
Any product related issues, such as package missing, items damaged, printing issues, must be reported within 14 days of shipping date. Please see our Return Policy for more information regarding returns.
For General Orders:
Shipping options vary depending on the products ordered and location. Products made-to-order will ship from the supplier. In stock products primarily ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail.
For Wholesale Orders:
All shipping costs are charged at the time of shipment and will be included on your final invoice. We primarily ship via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available at additional cost. Please notify us ahead of time for any time sensitive orders.
