Return/Refund Policy

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds:

Our products are either made-to-order or made in small quantities. We only accept returns or exchanges in the case of incorrect or damaged merchandise. This includes all products -- Home, Decor and Apparel. There is no returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing. 

Incorrectly shipped merchandise or damaged products must be reported within 7 days of receiving the order. Returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 7 days of reporting. All merchandise must be returned unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. 

Refunds will be returned to customer in the same form of payment within 3 business days of reporting.

 

Return Policy for Apparel Items ONLY:

We have a 7-day return policy.

You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or report any issues.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, mislabeled, or you received the wrong item so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please include order number, a photo of the item you want to return (if there is any defects or damage upon arrival) and any other additional information. All returns must be approved before being shipping.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You are responsible for the shipping of all returns.

Our items are made-to-order specifically for you. Returns are not given for incorrect size choices or buyer's remorse.

It is very important to review the size guides and product information before you place an order. Our size guides and product information is available on every product page as well on the bottom of our homepage. 

Only if your item is damaged upon delivery, received the wrong item, or issue with the printing  of the item will we issue an exchange. We will review your return/exchange when we receive your order information and resolve the issue as soon as possible. If your return is approved for an exchange, we will ship the exchanged item back to you for no additional fee.
